Mongols with Han Chinese in Inner Mongolia. In Inner Mongolia the Chinese population has
increased greatly since 1950. The traditional living places of the Mongol nomads are felt yurts and
orgers (types of tent), but the Chinese farmers live in clay homes built from natural brick.
