What hair styles are in fashion for 2013?
Hello 80’s! Curls and big hair are back.
Put down the straightening iron because natural waves are in. And it’s easy
enough so anyone can create the look.
Salt spray is my favourite way to create this natural look. You can buy one of the
many salt sprays available wherever styling products are sold, or create your own
using one of the DIY recipes you can find online.
Shampoo your hair and apply a leave-in conditioner. Then, spray the salt spray
onto your hair and blow dry until your hair’s about 80 per cent dry. Leave it to air dry
for the remaining 20 per cent and you’ll be left with a piecey, messy but stylish texture.
The salt spray not only helps you achieve the desired look, but should help your
hair hold the style throughout the day. If it droops, just rough up the top layer with
your hands a bit to get the big, sexy, messy style back.

must-have
Go a bit bolder with your lipstick this month, especially for a sultry Valentine’s Day
date look.
Or, if you’re expecting a particularly romantic night, leave your lips colour-free (for
smooching without leaving evidence!) and go for bold eyes instead. The thicker the
eyeliner, the sexier the eyes. Lining all the way around the eye in black is back for this
season.
Give a little boost to that twinkle in your eyes with shimmer eye shadow in any shade
you like.
Pile on the pink blush to bring all-over colour to the face and brighten your cheeks
during these colder, drearier months. Just smile and dash the blush on the apples of
your cheeks.
With love on everyone’s mind this month, it’s the
perfect time to add a bit of romance to your look.
