MonkeyMilkshake
Equipment needed: high-speed blender
Makes 3 cups
Ingredients
• 2
cups frozen banana, chopped
• 2
Tbsp almond butter (or your favourite nut butter)
• 3
soft Medjool dates, pitted and chopped
Pinch high mineral raw salt
• ½
tsp ground cinnamon
• 1 ½
cups filtered water (or fresh coconut water)
Method
In a high-speed blender, blend all ingredients until creamy
smooth. Pour into your favourite smoothie cups or glasses,
and enjoy.
This shake will store well overnight in an airtight glass container.

Berrylicious Shake
Equipment needed: high-speed blender
Makes 4 cups
Ingredients
• 1 ½
cups frozen strawberries
• ¾
cup frozen cherries (stones removed) or frozen raspberries
• ¾
cup frozen blueberries
• 18
drops vanilla liquid stevia
• 2
Tbsp almond butter
• 1
Tbsp coconut butter
• 1
heaped Tbsp raw unpasteurised honey (or low GI coconut
nectar, or your favourite liquid sweetener)
Pinch high mineral raw salt
• 2
cups filtered water (or fresh coconut water for an electrolyte
boost!)
Method
In a high-speed blender, blend all ingredients until creamy
