          Equipment needed: high-speed blender

            Ingredients

          cups frozen banana, chopped
        
        
          • 2
        
        
          Tbsp almond butter (or your favourite nut butter)
        
        
          • 3
        
        
          soft Medjool dates, pitted and chopped
        
        
          • 
        
        
          Pinch high mineral raw salt
        
        
          • ½
        
        
          tsp ground cinnamon
        
        
          • 1 ½
        
        
          cups filtered water (or fresh coconut water)

          In a high-speed blender, blend all ingredients until creamy
        
        
          smooth. Pour into your favourite smoothie cups or glasses,
