Choc-o-nut Shake

          cups hazelnut milk, chilled (See the recipe on the right if you’d
        
        
          like to make your own.)
        
        
          • ½
        
        
          cup cacao powder
        
        
          • ¼
        
        
          cup cacao butter, finely grated
        
        
          • 3
        
        
          soft Medjool dates, pitted
        
        
          • 1 ½
        
        
          Tbsp lecithin (non-GMO)
        
        
          • ½
        
        
          tsp vanilla extract
        
        
          • 18
        
        
          drops vanilla liquid stevia
        
        
          • 
        
        
          Pinch high mineral raw salt

          avocado, chopped
        
        
          
            Method
          
        
        
          • 
        
        
          In a high-speed blender, blend all ingredients except the
        
        
          avocado until creamy smooth.
        
        
          • 
        
        
          Add the avocado and continue blending until well incorporated
        
        
          and smooth. Pour into your favourite smoothie cups or glasses,
        
        
          and enjoy.

          This shake will store well overnight in the refrigerator in an airtight
