Our Playtimes teammate, Florence, and her husband Gary are proud to announce the arrival of Iriel Wan , their second beautiful daughter, on 26 July. Iriel was born at the Canossa Hospital weighing a healthy 8.8lbs. We’re sure you’ll join us in wishing a warmwelcome to Iriel and hearty congratulations to Flo and Gary. We're looking forward to Flo returning to work once she’s bonded with her lovely new baby.

Since the opening of its large fagship club in Central back in March (1/F, 29 Queen’s Road), Epic MMA ’s champion-level instructors have helped train members in a variety of martial arts disciplines, including Muay Thai and Western boxing, to reach a higher level of ftness.
