Nealy Fischer
Nealy inspires people to eat and to live well, and
ultimately to crave a healthy lifestyle. She has
been a leader in the wellness industry for two
decades and has founded projects including
luxury yoga retreats, cooking programmes,
and women’s empowerment courses around
the world. As an avid chef and hostess, Nealy
writes and tests all her own recipes. Her healthy versions
of classic meals have gathered a devoted international appeal. Once
a stickler for the rules, Nealy now prefers to rifle through recipes, finding
decadent delights and transforming them into healthier yet equally crave-
worthy alternatives. Nealy is the founder and director of MAYYA, a lifestyle
movement that curates content on eating, moving, and living well. Nealy
currently lives in Hong Kong with her husband and four children.
Cate Rocchi
Cate grew up on a remote sheep station near
Shark Bay, Western Australia. She was later
educated in Perth, then travelled to the UK
where her three children were born. Cate lived
in Hong Kong from 2006-2010, before moving
back to Perth with her young family. Between
running a media company, she enjoys writing
for children, especially on the themes of creativity and innovation, as well
as blogging on food and travel. Cate dreams of completing her home,
Kangaroo Cottage, in Denmark, south of Western Australia – a wonderful
holiday place that she hopes one day will be filled with grandchildren. You
