Be mindful

Be realistic
The greatest hurdle that mothers
face in their quest for work-life
balance is the notion that they can
do everything perfectly, says Hulda.

at everything, accept that you have
strengths and weaknesses and that, in
all likelihood, you can do everything
reasonably well,” the mother of four
