Allergy attack
Cold humid and dense air aggravates eczema, asthma and nose allergies. If
you suffer from allergies, it is important to help your body heal, to overcome the
constant over-reactivity, as well as tackling acute attacks through your physician.
Identifying stress factors and allergens, coupled with healthy and appropriate
food choices balances the immune system says Dr. Sonal Hattangdi-Haridas,
homeopath and director of
Maya Health Institute
in Central. Natural organic oils,
homeopathic remedies and nutritional advice alleviate recurrent discomfort.
