King George V School, Liam Riches, Fiction: Group 5
O
nce there were three explorers who discovered a map from a sunken pirate ship it leads
to the Gobi desert. There were three explorers Tim, James and Sally. They traveled to
the Gobi Desert to find the lost Gobi temple. Tim explained that there was a temple
in the Gobi when it was still a forest. It was a home to many people but then they all
mysteriously died they say the temple was filed with gems and gold, but when the forest turned
into a desert must have sunk into the sand. Sally had some theories about the map. She said that
the pirates landed near the Gobi Desert and heeded towards the Gobi Desert for a reason that was
not clear yet. Maybe they heard about the temple and tried to find it. While they ventured deep
into the forest they must have found it, they were low on supplies so they went back to where they
had landed but for some unknown reason they left and gotten attacked so the ship sank. Or maybe
the pirates stole from a man that found it. They came to the Goby Desert and they were checking
their supplies making sure they had enough water, food and transportation. They also brought
along shovels and other digging supplies because the temple probably sank in the sand wen it
turned into a desert. They set of into the Gobi desert. They searched high and low but they just
coo dint find it. To took 2 trips even with the maps help. But they finally fawned the spot where
the temple. It was burrried alive. So they got out there digging supplies and started working. It
wasn’t buried much But it was a big temple it was hard to find the entrance. And they needed to
have another trip back for supplies. But eventually they found the entrance and went into the
temple. It was very crooked but stable. But we have to watch out for traps Tim said. Ironically
Sally set of a trap when he said that. Arose shot throe the wall. Duck Tim quickly shouted. They
had to crawl under the arose so thy would not get hit. We have to be more cheerful said James.
That was close said Tim. Sorry said sally. Common said James if there are traps there are thresher.
So they went on avoiding a few more traps but not a scorpion trap you can thank Jams for that.
Eventually they came to the door were the trashier was hidden. Yay said Sally. Cerf all said Tim
the most deadly trap is always the one before the trashier. Don’t worry about it said sally I think
the worst is over. So they cheerfully tip toe to the door cheerfully opened the door and there it
was a jaunt bowl filed with gems and gold made out of gems and gold. Wawa everybody said. It’s
as golden as the sand and as sparkle as the night sky said sally. But how are we going to get it all
out of here? We coud do trips. But then would have to avoid all those traps agent said Tim and
I’m not doing that a gene and a gene. Weal just get all we can carry said Salle. But be careful said
Jams there might be trap… YEAH YEAH watt ever interrupted Sally let’s just get the gold and get
wait of here. So thy climbed up the bole and brought there sacs and put all the trashier that thy
cud carry and heeded out of there. We have enough trashier to last us a lifetime said Tim. How
long do you think the archeologist are going to tack before thy find that bole said Sally to James?
Hu nose thy have to be careful so that the temple doesn’t claps on them said James. That’s hard
enough getting a person in and await of it said Tim but watt about the bowl. Skillfully avoiding
traps and I mean all of them this time , they made it out of the Gobi temple with a whole load of
gems and money. They talked about how there were many traps and the giant bowl. There was
even a book written about them. They became rich and lived in houses in Hawaii. Archeologists
got to work in digging out the giant bowl out of the Gobi Temple which many people thought was
just an exaggeration but people were proven wrong when it was finally dug out. It was the most
famous and expensive artifact in the museum of natural history.
