for us. Their sleek body-line blended with the darkness of the night, making it hard to capture their

figure. Their eyes glistened like stars between the dunes. Their fangs, white as snow, distinctly

contrasted with the shadows around them. Wolf howls aroused no sooner when one subsided.

One second, I was so impressed by their beauty and vigor that I was frozen in place. The next

second, I was running for my life.

I ran at top speed, trying my best to stay on route towards my dream while trying to escape

from the wolves. The wolf pack split up to chase after the gazelles and god knew why, the gazelle

I was running with was being chased by at least 5 wolves. My muscles were already all tired and

stretched, my throat seemed dry and raspy, and I knew I would need to rest sooner or later, but

the wolves were still behind me. I ran and ran, ran and ran. I was so engrossed in running I didn’t

even realise when the gazelle was not by my side anymore, or when the wolves were already gone.

I fell down on the sand, gasping for breath. I saw the first rays of sunlight, and I knew I

wouldn’t make it. I looked up into the sky, into the clouds, and saw a dragon fly past, smiling at

          me as it passed by.
