“To get your grandmother back she must do 3 good deeds for the other villages. These deeds are, help the
rice farmers harvest 1 quarter of a field. 2. She must promise to regret all her bad actions and finally, she
must help the silk makers feed the worms. Does she agree to do all 3 of these deeds?”
“I’ll try my best.” The grandma managed to cough up.
So there she was the next day, happy, cheerful and even clean. Everyone was happy for her. And Mei-Lin
felt so happy to see her 92 year old grandma happy and active again and even the tree was happy for their
family.
