Fiction: Group 2
His feet touched down gently against the river bank and as he opened his hazel eyes he saw one of the most
beautiful things he had ever seen. A golden sun was hanging in the blue sky and below that, he saw verdant
meadows laid out as far as the eye could see. The river and its bank were clean and looked absolutely
spotless. In the crystal clear water he could see it was filled with wildlife, birds swooped low and the sounds
of croaking frogs could be heard. While the sun began to set he thought about how he had saved the
scenery and wild life of the Pearl River Delta.
