The Rescue Team
HKBUAS Primary School, Luong, Vallis - 10, Fiction: Group 2
NCE, there were two normal kids in a normal life. But they were actually a rescue team named
Secret travellers. They were amazing and cool. They had many cool tools like some trackers and
other dangerous weapons. Their job is to save the world from evil geniuses. Sometimes they even
beat up the bad guys for the police. They had a tent called Secret traveller tent. That’s where they had secret
meetings every day.
Their names are Ball and Vallis.
BRING!!! BRING!!! The phone in the secret traveller tent rang. Bring! It rang again. Finally, Vallis picked
up the phone and said “Ball, it's for you, it’s the police and they are looking for you!” Ball picked up the
phone. “We found that there was some insane guy and wants to get his hands on those famous buildings in
Hong Kong and replace them with other towers. So, we need your help, Secret Travelers!!!” “LOOKS like
someone needs our help, Vallis” said Ball.
ZIP! ZING! ZANG! In a split second, they had changed into their proper Secret Traveler suit. “To the
Teleporter!!!” They both shouted and rushed out to the tree house with lots of locks, with the board hung
on the treehouse that said “CAUTION” in blood red letters. Ball quickly fished out the keys and unlocked
the door. They jumped in the Tele porter and the world started to twirl and twist.
IN A MOMENT, Our heroes landed in a thud. After the trip, they finally got to the financial centre of
Hong Kong. “Wow, look at those buildings!!!!” said Vallis. But Ball knew they hadn’t had much time left.
So instead, he ignored Vallis and took out a small, tiny gadget. It was used for tracking villains. After he
found the evil villain - Naco, he pulled on Vallis’s collar. “Come on, stop babbling about this place, we’ve
got some work to do!!!”
AFTER A WHILE, Vallis said, “Those are the famous buildings! There are IFC, ICC and The China Bank
Of Tower in here!!! They must be what Naco was trying to destroy!!!” GGGGGGGRRRRRRR!!!!!
“What’s that sound?” “Oh, that,” replied Vallis, “that’s just my stomach.” “Let’s eat.” They got into a
restaurant with curiosity. It was a restaurant with Chinese dim sum called “Fey Chui dumpling”. After they
had the meal, Vallis exclaimed “What a fine meal it is!!!”They soon forgot about their mission and talked
about how delicious that meal was.
WHILE THEY WALKED, Naco emerged from his hiding place. He had been hiding and following them
from the second he landed in Hong Kong. Naco was a nasty-looking man with a beard and exploding hair.
He had decided that he was determined to kill the Secret Travelers once and for all! Will he succeed or the
Secret Travelers will defeat him???
JUST WHEN THEY REMEMBER THEIR MISSION, Naco immediately pounced on the Secret
Travelers. Naco missed. But the Secret Travelers were also stunned. They still don’t know what hit them.
But they were fast enough to dodge the attack when Naco pounced again. They quickly grabbed their
weapons and joined the fight versus Naco .
IT WAS A NASTY FIGHT. They got bruises and cuts everywhere. They fought and fought. But they did
not give up. Sometimes they even accidently stabbed at each other!!!
AT LAST, Vallis picked up a stick and threw it at Naco. But instead, it threw straight at Ball. THWACK!!!
It hit him right at the head. Ball yelled in pain and swung the sword. It slashed right through Naco’s head
accidentally. Naco fell down and died in a second. The Secret Travelers won the battle! The Secret
Travelers hardly believed their luck! The police thanked them with a feast with Hong Kong famous seafood
to celebrate their victory. After that, they went back to their Tele porter and travelled back to the tree
house.
“That was a great adventure!!!!” exclaimed Vallis. “It sure is, “agreed Ball.
