Fiction: Group 2
I leapt at him. Adrenaline surged through me as a tackled the killer. Everything seemed to be
played in slow-motion. With a flick of the wrist I had disarmed him. I pointed the M60 at him and Bart
knocked him out. We ran out of his headquarters, dragging him along and rowed back furiously to the bank
of China. We had caught the killer.

CHAPTER FOUR
The crowd pushed and shoved each other to get to the front of the line during the execution. As
the killer trudged up the steps to his death and the rope was hanged around his neck, I whispered softly,
“
Hasta la vista to you, amigo...”
The trapdoor opened and there it was, the dead killer the people had so
longed for the past two months. Amongst the chaos, I stared fixedly at the dead body, knowing that this
would be the last one I would see. For now.
