uai Hong was the owner of a classic clothes shop. People loved his selection of clothes. He was a
busy person. But, as years passed by his shop’s popularity decreased. He was depressed, wondering
why people weren’t coming to his shop. He was also losing money.
One fine morning there was a knock at the door. “Come in!” he shouted, he thought it was his friend, who
had come to meet him – but it wasn’t. It was an angel. He rubbed his eyes about five times and pinched
himself ten times till he actually realized it really was an angel. “Hello, I’m an angel from heaven.” She shyly
mumbled, “I have been looking at your shop from heaven. It doesn’t have good business; can you show me
what you have got?” Kuai Hong showed her one of best pieces.
“Hmmm, I see they are not bad. But, the young generations of today don’t like traditional dresses.” She
continued. He listened to her very carefully to get the message. He called the centers which gave him
clothes to cancel the delivery and send new designs.
Once again Kuai Hong ‘s business worked great, in fact he had to open more branches around the world.
He could pay all his loans and still have enough to himself. He was a happy business man again. But one day
an unexpected storm came and Kuai Hong saw a lightening dragon on one of the hills. The dragon had
come to invade the country. People all over the country were scared, worried and terrified. Then one
lightning strike and Kuai Hong’s shop collapsed.
His things were all gone – forever. There was nothing left. He had to do something to kill the dragon. So
he went into a deep thought. Suddenly someone patted him and as he looked behind him he saw the
dragon. He stopped thinking and ran for his life. The dragon's footsteps behind him were as powerful as an
elephant.
Kuai Hong somehow managed to find a safe corner for himself. He began thinking again. He remembered a
light bulb and that it could be destroyed by water. He very carefully got out of the safe corner. He began
informing everyone he saw about his plan of throwing water on the dangerous dragon. For a moment
everyone disappeared later he saw the whole country's people with a bucket of water in their hands. They
were all waiting for the dragon to come closer. As it came more and more closer people started throwing
water on it. It took quite some time for it to die- but it finally did.
People all over the country were cheering for Kuai Hong. He was very proud of himself. The country was
rebuilt with lots of hard work, effort and dedication. They made it look as fresh as new. They added more
power stations, constructed more buildings and also started importing things. Hong Kong wasn't the same
-it was a totally new country. It looked greener, more astonishing, staggering and much more. The
dragon had made a huge difference in the country. We should all says thanks to the dragon for the big
change.
