ong ago, an angel lived in the Pearl River Delta. One day, god said,`` In 21thcentury, the pollution
of the Pearl River Delta is very serious. Hope you can go to 21thcentury and save the Pearl River
Delta.’’ The angel was very surprised that why god assigned this mission to her. `` You think I can
do it? I can’t!’’ asked the angel.
I know you able to do this mission. You can do it, trust me!’ encouraged by god.
The angel started to go to 21thcentury the after few days. When she arrived to the Pearl River in
21thcentury, she had a thousand questions in her head. `Why much of the area is frequently cover with a
brown smog?’ `Why here no any Chinese White Dolphins?’
She pretend to be a human and investigated the Pearl River Delta’s pollution reason. She had a research for
the Pearl River Delta. After that, she knew about the reason of the pollution. She thought very sad about
the people don’t treasure the environment. A person told her that the Pearl River Delta is notoriously
polluted. She felt very disappointed and wanted to give up. All of a sudden, a voice encouraged her. Then,
she thought some way to protect the Pearl River Delta.
She thought water pollution is the most important reason that the Pearl River Delta is polluted. Therefore,
she tried to think about how to clean the Pearl River Delta. Many people also support her to protect the
Pearl River Delta. She requested the Chinese Government to dismantle all the factory in the Pearl River
Delta.
She got many failures when she was planning to protect the Pearl River Delta. She thought to give up.
However, she remembered god’s encourage. She also disseminated the protection for the Pearl River Delta.
Moreover, she also recruited many volunteer to help her.
After many failures, the Chinese Government has received their demands finally. The Chinese Government
also did a lot of protection for the Pearl River Delta. It finally spent $7.1 billion to reduce the River Delta.
The angel was very touching when she saw the Pearl River Delta has no contamination finally.
One year later, the Pearl River Delta has turned into a beautiful city. There was no any pollution after that.
The economy there is also very vigorous, all citizen had employment opportunities. The angel felt very
pleased.
` I know you can do it. You need to give confidence and trust yourself,’ said the god. ` I thought many time
to give up but I remember your encouragement. You made me the ability to continue the protection of the
Pearl River Delta. When I finished the mission, I felt unbelievable but I am also very happy about that I can
save the Pearl River Delta and make it to be a beautiful city,’’ said the angel. The Pearl River Delta has
never got any pollution since then.
