Jenna decided to ask someone else, “Excuse me, may I know…” The boy gasped at Jenna, “Josephine? Can
I have your autograph?” Steadily, all the people stared at Jenna. Shortly afterward, there were lots of
paparazzi and people rushed to her and kept asking her funny questions. Jenna was covered with a crowd of
people and flashlights.
“What happen? Help!” Jenna echoed in horror and her heart was thudding. Jenna heard someone said,
“Wow! Josephine Fown! She is the most famous celebrity in Kong Kong, I’m so lucky to meet her today.”
Jenna wanted to faint, “Josephine Fown? Who is she?”
The paparazzi kept asking, “How’s your trip in Japan?” Jenna felt so weird, “What? I haven’t a clue what
you’re talking about.” She trotted away. But she still couldn’t get away from them. “Josephine, did you have
any accident in your trip? You seem to have amnesia and forget everything, don’t you?” the paparazzi asked
anxiously.
“Josephine! Right here! Let’s get out of here!” A man who was wearing a dark suit came to pull her hands,
Jenna was shocked, “Who are you?” She was pushed by the man to get on the helicopter and flew away.
“Do you remember you shouldn’t go out without me? I’m your security, you should be protected,” the
man said gently. Jenna felt speechless to explain, “Thanks for your help anyway. But the thing is…, I just
don’t know what happened! I’m not Josephine, I’m…!”
After 30 minutes, “Welcome home to Macau!” the security said in a relieved tone. When they got into the
house, all she could see were exquisite China figurines and lots of spectacular art pieces. At this moment,
Jenna did want to know more about this famous Josephine.
“Joe, where’s Bill? He hasn’t picked me up yet, I’ve been waiting for him for ages!” Josephine said
impatiently. She’d been waiting for her security at the airport; however, nobody showed up.
Josephine was picked by her security and they flew across the sea to Macau by helicopter. When they went
into the house, Josephine found a girl in the house, “Bill, how come you brought another girl to my
house?” When Josephine had a closer look at Jenna, they both felt a shiver go on their spines, Josephine
hesitated, “You look exactly like me!” Jenna gasped and told Josephine about the email. “Mr. and Mrs.
Fown are my parents. Let me show you my parents’ portrait, they are now in the old house in Guangzhou. I
think you’re my long lost twin sister. Mom told me their old story and they can’t wait to meet you,”
Josephine handed the portrait to Jenna.
Jenna stared at the picture, “Before we go to Guangzhou, I want to know more about you.” Josephine
replied, “Sure. Your accent tells me that you’re an Aussie.” Jenna nodded, “Actually, my parents don’t
know that I came here, they didn’t tell me that I was adopted.”
Josephine said, “I’m glad you came, I’ll tell you more about my parents or I should say our parents!” She
smiled to Jenna. They went to Vida Rica which was a nice restaurant, they sat on a table beside the
window, it’s clear enough to let them see the panorama of Macau. Even they could see the Hong Kong-
Zhuhai-Macau Bridge which connected

.Jenna thought the scenery was breath taking.
“Mom and dad have mentioned a lot about you, so I knew I got a sister.” Josephine looked very still. Jenna
asked, “Do you have any clues that why they didn’t want me in the past?” Josephine took a sip of water and
continued, “Well, Macau is full of attractive casinos, our dad liked to go to the casino when he’s young, but
he’s never a lucky man. The more he gambled, the more he lost. He finally got a lot of debts and he
couldn’t raise two children at the same time after we’re born. Then, he made a very tough decision. Mom
was desperately sad and she could never forgive dad.”
